Hi doctor,I am a 25 year old married women with no kids, I have a period cycle of 29 days which has been always on time. I have a cycle that last on average 8 days. I had my period 6 days ago on time, I had bleeding for two days with clots and brown blood ( very painful but that is the usual for me ) then my period stopped completely I saw a Dr yesterday and got a negative pregnancy result but my ultrasound showed a sac or a separation of the utures as the Dr said it is not clear. Today I got blood spotting once which was very bright red. What should I do next

The Dr suspected pregnancy or miscarriage, but that is ruled out with a negative pregnancy test right ?

Treatment of vaginal bleeding
Based on what you mentioned i see the following- At first, bleeding you have is at time of your menses
- Your doctor opinion is right to suspect pregnancy or abortion.
- I see to seek a medical help to do TVS study to see thickness of endometrium, if there is sac it may suspect abortion and bleeding you have is due to remnants of abortion
- Take ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with injection of Hexacapron to decreased bleeding you have
- If there is remnants of conception you may need E&C to relieve you complain
Causes of vaginal bleeding

- Abortion
- Ectopic pregnancy
- Uterine problems like fibroids and endometriosis
- Ovaries problems like PCOS
- Other causes
