Causes of chest pain:

There are many possible causes of chest ( heart  ) pain as:

Diagnosis of the cause of chest pain:

You have to visit a cardiologist for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Chest x-ray
• ECG
• ECHO...etc

Treatment og chest pain:

It depends on the cause, and according to your description i think you do not have any problem and you can take paracetamol 500 mg twice daily and diclofene gel three times daily to reduce such pain.
