• You should loss weigth and exercise your body regularly
• Take multivitamins every day
• Do clinical assessment with your Gynecolgosit for any abnormal signs or symptoms
• It's normal at aroud 50 years of Age to have disturbances in your cycle in case of Menopause

• Depression

What are the tests needed In case of Irregular or delayed Period 

• Complete clinical assessment in the nearest medical center

• Ultrasound of the pelvis
