2. if it is due to flu , it will be controlled by panadol 500 mg 2 pills for 3 times a day on need , and rhinostop if there is runny nose
3. if the flu caused by bacterial infection augmentin 625 mg * 3andtibiotics is good
4. for urinary infection zinnat 500 mg *1 for 7 days is useful

5. and chest infection

how do we diagnose the cause

1. clinical exam
2. cbc
3. crp
4. urine analysis
