How to treat the sore throat?

• Amoxicillin clavulanic acid 625mg three times daily with naproxen 2 tablet twice daily after eating

• Drink plenty of fluids
• Get lots of rest
• Gargle with warm salt water several times a day
• Use a humidifier to moisten the air in your home
• Avoid smoke

 Symptoms of tonsillitis

• fever
• chills
• sore throat
• difficulty swallowing
•  painful swallowing
• jaw and neck tenderness due to swollen lymph nodes
• earaches
• stomachaches
• headaches
• stiff neck
