what does the result 4.7 mmol/l means :

it means that your suger levels are normal and the normal range is ( less than 5.5 on fasting ) and ( less than 7.8 after meals ) 

what is the normal level of blood suger :

normal range or blood suger in mmol/l is : less than 5.5
normal range of blood suger in mg/dl : less than 100
normal range of HBA1C test : 4-5.5 % 
normal suger range after meals : less than 7.8 mmol/l  or 140 mg/dl 
blood suger that count you as a prediabetic patient :  5.5 -7 mmol/l 100 - 125  mg dl ( on fasting  ) 
blood suger that count you as a diabetic patient : more than 7mmol/l  more than 125 ( on fasting ) 

what is the maximum weight of suger intake daily to avoid diabeties :

for men : 37.55 gram ( 9 tea spoons ) 
for women : 25 gram ( 6 tea spoons ) 

general advices :

1. have regular health diet 
2. exercise occasionlly 3-4 times a week 
3. loss weight 
4. avoid stress or any habits compine the suger intake with it 
5. regulate your sleep pattern 
6. loss weight if you are over weight
