what is the treatment of the clubbing
first of all clubbing is symptoms so we could diagnose the disease to treat it , so relieve the clubbing
- treat the low O2 level in the blood by giving an O2 source
- open and drainage of the abscess if presented in the lung and antibiotics
- if the cause is lung cancer then staging of the cancer by imaging and biobsy and treat according with surgery and radiation and chemotherapy
- treat any hart defect by surgery
- treat the endocarditis by antibioticas and analgesia
- treat inflammatory bowel disease by corticosteroids and salisilyc acid and azathiprine
what are the causes of clubbing
any disease that lead to low O2 level in the blood
- pulmonary disease as cancer , inflammation and infection and autoimmune disease and tuberculosis
- heart disease and disease of the valve and infection and heart failure
- disease of the liver as inflammation of bile duct

- shortness of breath
- palpitation
- productive cough
- weight loss
- night sweat
- chest pain
- abdominal pain
- fever
- blood or dark stool
