• Wear comfortable and cotton made clothes 
• Don't use tight condom , or your condition will get even worse 
• Apply cold compressors to relieve the pain dramatically 
• Take Analgesic such as Trufen 400 three times per day 
• You have to go to the nearest medical center if your condition did not improve , or any of the following symptoms appear

1. Severe pain 
2. Discharge from penis 
3. Painful urination
4. Swelling

? What should you do at the moment
