Hi I have one side hadpain

Causes of one side headache:

Such pain may be due to:

• Migraine headache
• Sinusitis
• Ear infection
• Stress
• Anemia
• Eye problem
• Muscle spasm
• Hypertension...etc

Diagnosis of the cause of one side headache:

You have to visit a neurologist for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Sinus x-ray
• Blood pressure measurement
• Glucose level
• Eye examination
• Brain CT!!...etc

Treatment of one side headache:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis, you can use any of the following medications:

• Panadol 500 mg three times daily
• ot diclofene 50 mg twice daily
