My mucus plug has bee removed in.early morning at 3:30 am.I have also pain which comes almost 30 minutes .bt pain stops at 11:30 am.what I have to do

No.I m just walking .stairs climbing and taking iron and calcium daily basis.it is my 39 week and 3 days now

Since you are in your 39th week and your mucus plug has been removed induction of labor should start by taking oxytocin to induce labor and there is normal methods to induce labor like nipple stimulation and increasing heart rate spicy food ... and regarding the supplements to take iron and calcium and B complex are the most importatnt to obtain
