how to get pregnant :

1. getting prengnant naturally only happen when the male partner discharge his semen into the inner side of vagina ( later will reach to the uterus ) and existing of ovums ( usually ovum exist and will be ready to fertilized in the middle of monthly period ) , and also existing ready uterus to carry on the pregnancy and the fetus .
2. ovualtion time or the time ovum exist are the day 12-16 of the period , for example ; if your first day of period was 1st/9 , your ovulation time is 12th-16th /9 
3. ovums last 48 hours in the uterus and can get fertilized any time during this period of time 
4. male semen last up to 5 days in female uterus and will be able to fertilize during this period of time , but the earlier the better 
5. make sure to do the sexual intercourse during the ovulation time to increase the chance of getting pregnant 
6. performing sexual intercourse wont effect the qulity of male semen , and also performing it in excessive way such as ( 3 times daily ) wont increase the chances of getting pregnant , so just try to perform sexual intercourse in mild range such as once daily and its enough to get your pregnant 
7. lie down after sexual intercourse for about half an hour , and dont wash your private parts directly after that 
8. make sure of your productive system by doing a regular check in gynacology clinic and treat any disease ( if existed ) 
9. take care of your and your partner life style quality , eat healither food , sleep well , avoid stress and anxiaty , do exercies regulary 

possible causes to not being able to concieve :

1. not fertilizing ovum in the right time 
2. changes of hormone levels of female productive system 
3. some disease of female productive system which make uterus not ready to pregnancy
4. unhealthy life style 
5. stress and anxiety 
6. male and female infertility

1. physical examnation for productive systems
2. hormones tests
3. semen analysis
4. scrotal ultrasound
5. testicular biopsy
6. HSG test
7. transvaginal scopy
8. hystroscopy
9. ovaries biopsy
10. genatic test

what to do next :

1. do a gynaecological routine check by specialist doctor , and make sure your productive system is healthy 
2. make sure that you and your partner arent taking any medication that effect you ability to fertilize or carring a baby 
3. following the advices we mentioned earlier about scheduling you sexual intercourse and regulate it 
4. if you didnt get pregnant after 3-4 month , or if any new symptoms appears , you can visit fertility clinic and do the needed exams .
