2. surgery by an operation called genitoplasty the doctor by this operation enlarge the penis by graft soft tissue into it and augment it

what are the causes of micropenis

1. when the individual was in the infant stage he might be exposed to estrogen drugs that opposed the testosteron work as if his mother took those drugs
2. some chromosomal syndrom as klinfilter , prader willi , noonan
3. hypopituitarism , the pituitary gland is not workin well
4. anorchia which means there is no testis in the scrotuminfirtility

1. clinical exam
2. measurin sex hormones in the blood
3. measuring gonadotropins hormones (fsh and LH) in the blood
4. scrotal ultrasound
5. chromosomal karyotyping
