Treatment of itching and burning sensation

It is common complain and i see the following

• At first, avoid stress and depression as you can.
• Increase your intake of water for at least 3 liters per day.
• Avoid salts and fast foods.
• Do basic tests like CBC, Urine analysis, ESR , CRP, Blood glucose level
• Take one tab of loratadine 10 mg once daily
• Take betamethasone cream three times daily for days.

Causes of Palms and soles itching

There are many causes like

• Stress and anxiety
• Decreased water intake
• DM
• Increased ESR level
• Joints inflammation and osteoarthritis
• Decreased vitamin B 12 level
