what is the meaning of your medical tests :

TPHA  Treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay ( positive ) : its means that you have been exposed and infected  to an orgasms that cause syphilis infection ( most specific ) .
VDRL Venereal Disease Research Laboratory test : its mean the antibodys of syphilis hasnt been released yet in your blood stream , and its usually false negative during the early stages of syphilis 

treatment of syphilis :

1. consult venrology doctor ( dermatologist and STD infection doctor ) to do the needed medical tests and determine the treatmnet pathways 
2. pay attention to your personal hygine 
3. drink plenty of water , and eat healthy food 
4. avoid unsafe and unprotected sexual intercourse
5. in early stages of syphilis and according to patient condition ,  asingle dose of penicilln injection could be enough to treat your medical condition 
6. if its not treated yet or you have penicillin alleargy , doctors may prexcribe antibiotics orally or IV such as doxcycyline and ceftraxone and clindamycine or acommpany more than 1 antibiotic at the time 

signs and symptoms of syphilis :

1. skin rash
2. weight loss 
3. hair loss 
4. joint pain 
5. general weakness 
6. fever 
7. skin abnormalties in private areas
