Hi
I have my left hand wrist pain, it is very pain some times or sometime is less
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I have not consulted any doctor yet. My friend has the same issue, He consulted and doctor advice to take rest well for the hand

A disorder that causes numbness, tingling and other symptoms in the wrist . The carpal tunnel syndrome occurs via the compressed nerve in the carpal tunnel located in the wrist.
Symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome usually begin gradually. The first symptoms often include numbness or tingling in the thumb, index finger.
Carpal tunnel syndrome may also cause discomfort in your wrist and palm.
Causes of carpal tunnel syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs by squeezing the median nerve by several factors
Wrist fracture or dislocation previously
Or arthritis that deforms small bones in the wrist,
Some chronic diseases, such as diabetes, increase the risk of nerve damage,
Inflammatory conditions. Diseases with inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis, can affect the lining around the tendons in your wrist and squeeze the median nerve.
Obesity.
During pregnancy and menopause.
Thyroid disorders and renal failure may increase the chances of carpal tunnel syndrome.
Workplace factors like your case
