1. rest for at least 48-72 hr
2. cold compressors every 20 min
3. take  ibuprofen 600mg three times daily
4. use diclofen gel 4 times daily
5. take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation

what are the causes of back pain ?

there are many causes of back pain which are
1. muscle spasm
2. fatigue
3. carring heavy things
4. herniated disc
5. back trauma
if your symptoms arent improved within 10 days . you should visit your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and to order x ray
