metronidazole 500mg three times dialy
flucan 150mg once and then repeat the dose within 5 days
miconazole cream three times dialy
dont wear tight clothes

does fungal vaginal infection cause abdominal pain and missed period  ?

vaginal discharge

burning sensation
abdominal pain

diagnosis :

abdominal ultrasound
