First you should know regarding the HIV if the condom was placed correctly and didnt break there is no way HIV can permeate and regarding your concerns and anxiety which is understandable if all your tests were negative then continue doing some blood tests for some time so your anxiety would end and you should treat your urinary tract infection if you didnt already.
