yes i have seen..he said to avoid chicken...no medication although

What are the normal ranges for the uric acid?
Most of it is excreted in your urine, or passes through your intestines to regulate "normal" levels. Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory.
What are the food that increase the uric acid ?
Most importantly alcohol and meat Seafood and shellfish, including anchovies, sardines, herring, mussels, codfish, scallops, trout and haddock. bacon, turkey, veal, venison and organ meats like liver.So it is very harmfull for your uric acid level to be consuming alcohol
What are the foods that decrease the uric acid?
On the other hand, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, soy products and low-fat dairy products may help prevent gout attacks by lowering uric acid levels.
