My urine culture results shows that the presence of pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria,what are treatments

My left kidney small, only contributing 15% of function, other kidney taking 85%, also I have history kidney stone since 6 month old

Regarding your question
pseudomonas aeruginosa is a very stong bug , and it wont grow without significant risk factor
which you have , the left renal failure
with every urine culture there should be a sensitivity test , to choose which antibiotic to use
and it will effect and kill this bug
but generally in case of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the urin the antibiotic of choice is ciprofloxacin
400 mg * 1 for 7 days
