Dear Customer
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us
Regarding your question
What is the normal range for the uric acid ?
Most of it is excreted in your urine, or passes through your intestines to regulate "normal" levels. Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. Based on these ranges your result is almost in the normal range it is on the lower edge but it is still within the normal ranges and u just need to control it .
What are the food that increase the uric acid ?
Seafood and shellfish, including anchovies, sardines, herring, mussels, codfish, scallops, trout and haddock. Some meats, such as bacon, turkey, veal, venison and organ meats like liver.
What are the food that decrease the uric acid?
On the other hand, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, soy products and low-fat dairy productsmay help prevent gout attacks by lowering uric acid levels.
