Treatment of blood during urination

It is hematuria which is known as blood in urine which is common complain that affect high percentage of people due to many factors and causes. Evaluation and treatment of like condition is by the following

• At first, you have to do urine analysis to exclude commonest causes of bloody urine like urinary tract infections, salts and stones.
• Increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day.
• Avoid eating salts
• You can do abdominal US for kidney and bladder stones
• Take one tab of cranberry daily to treat urine salts till doing urine analysis

Causes of bloody urine

There are many causes like

• Urinary tract infections
• Urinary salts
• Kidney and bladder stones
• Drugs side effects
• Bladder tumors
• Kidney diseases
• Others
