Before I came to Abu Dhabi from my country my skin is really dull,I get easily burn in the sun,even I walk few minutes,my palmis also very dry,I want brighten eventone skin complexion from my face to toe

My face becomes too oily,and have some dark spot on face. I am an African from Ghana,but I have an even tone skin. If you u get me some to buy n use in this country, because I find it hard to get a cream for my shades

The cause of darkening and dark spots should be diagnosed by a skin specialist
The ointment containing hydroquinone 2 to 4%, tretinoin 0.05 to 1%, and a class V to VII topical corticosteroid
With Azelaic acid ointment 15 to 20% for several weeks
Sometimes in severe cases it uses glycolic acid or 50% trichloroacetic acid
