• Fasting plasma glucose more than 126 mg/dl
• Random plasma glucose more than 200 mg dl
• HbA1c more than 6.5

According yo your reading, you have to do fasting plasma glucose again and your doctor mostly will require OGTT.

Symptoms of diabetes:

• Increase urination frequency
• Increase thirst
• Headache
• General fatigue
• Eye problem
• Numbness

Treatment of diabetes:

It depends on many factors as:

• Glucose reading
• Age of the patient
• General health of the patient

In your case you have to staet lifestyle changes as:

• Doing regular exercise
• Decrease weight
