What is the treatment of Testicular pain and swelling

• You should consult a doctor in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . As treatment depends on the cause of the problem
• Apply cold compressors to relieve swelling and pain
• Drink enough amount of water every day , from 2-3 liters 
• Take over the counter analgesic such as ibuprofen 400 or Panadol three times daily ( Trufen 400 three times per day )
• Avoid wearing tight clothes to relieve the symptoms
• Treatment of the cause , e.g. Antibiotic in case of infection
