• Avoid exposing yourself to any of the offending agent to aggrevate the symptoms 
• Take a cold path multiple times during the day
• Take ORal Antihistamine to relieve itching Such as Loratadine one tab before sleep
• Apply topical medication such as Triderm twice daily 
• Lotion to relieve skin itching and irritation such as Calamyl lotion

? What are the symptoms of Skin Allergy and infection

• Skin itching 
• Skin rash 
• Skin redness and irritation
• Skin blisters

? What should you do at the moment 

You should follow the previous tips and instructions , and  consult your DERMATOLOGIST for clinical assessment and for prescribing the drugs if the condition did not improve
