What is normal menstrual cycle

It is regular monthly vaginal spotting and bleeding for a period between 3 - 7 days due to shedding of endometrial layers within uterus in cases of failed pregnancy. At most females, the regular cycle is about 28 days thus based on dates you mentioned at your question it is expected to have your next menses in 7 Sep. It is normal till know and you do not have to worry.

Symptoms of menses

There are general non specific symptoms that may occur during menses like the following

• Lower abdominal pain
• Lower back pain
• Nausea and vomiting
• Breast swelling and pain
• Sleep disturbances
