• Take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 three time daily.
• Apply analgesics cream like declofenac cream on your back to relieve pain.
• Apply hot packs on your pack
• You can ask for Back MRI to determine commonest causes like Back discs or back muscles spasm.

Treatment of neck pain

I advise the following

• back pain in addition to neck pain is due to muscles spasm at commonest causes thus avoid heavy works
• Exercise daily to strength your back and neck muscles
• Use drugs and steps I mentioned at the above paragraph
• Ask for neck x ray.
