dear customer :

1. missing your contraceptive pills for a week may effect your period and may increase the chance of getting pregnant 
2.  there is some medical opinion says : if you missed the pills of the first pack ( first week ) of the period , you have to recontact your doctor and you will be advised to start again , but if you missed you pills in the third pack ( third week ) , you may continue using your contraceptive pills as usual because usually the third pack ( third week ) pills is a placebo pills which will not effect your menstural cycle 
3. dont double your pills or taking more than your usual dose
4. spotting is one of contraceptive pills using side effects , contact your doctor if spotting presist 
5. contact your doctor and follow his/her instruction
