What programs and versions are you using?
I had inguinal hernia surgery 3 months ago now i I feel better. But some times getting pain from surgery spot it's very rare. And can i start physical exercise or not?

Regarding your question
Is it normal to have pains after inguinal hernia surgery?
Yes after inguinal surgery the pain keeps fading away until it become very rare to have pains and this stage might take up to 6 months so it is totally normal to still have rare pains and nothing to worry about but if there is skin discoloration or excruciating pain you must consult a doctor
How to deal with pains ?
1.Rest as much as possible
2.Ice packs
3.Analgesics like panadol
4.Muscle relaxants like relaxon
