? What is the treatment of Abdominal Pain and Painful Urination

First you need to do clinical assessment and few lab tests , which I will include later to reach the diagnosis of your condition and treat it accordingly 

1. You should prevent yourself from eating spicy foods 
2. You need to drink enough amount of water every day From 2-3 liters to filter your Urinary tract
3. For severe pain you can take Analgesic such as Ibuprofen 400 three times daily Or Other medication such as coxib
4. For bacteril infection , Antibiotics sucas Ciprocare 500 twice daily for 10 days in Urinary tract infection which could be modified accordiing to the results of urine culture
5. Kidney stones are treated by using drugs such as Urinex or Rowatinex three times per day

4. Ureteral stones
5. Trauma
