It is common complain to experience stretching of eyes either one or both eyes. At most cases it is related to stress and exhaustion and not no medical conditions. Thus, all you have to do is sufficient sleep with avoiding screens for prolonged hours. It is better to rest your eyes just and taking analgesics to relieve stretch you have.
