• Avoid spicy food 
• You can benefit from applying cold compressors for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours to relieve the pain 
• Take Analgesic such as Trufen 400 three times daily
• You need to go to the nearest medical center in the following situations 

1. High fever
2. Severe pain and limitation of movement
3. Swelling 
4. Painful urination
5. Frequent urination

• In case of Urinary tract infection : your doctor will prescribe antibiotics according to the result
