I had an indigestion problem yesterday. I had a medicine from pharmacy.. and now I can poo but still, my stomach is paining.. feeling as if someone is squeezing my stomach.. what should I do?

what is the treatment of indisgestion and constipation ?
1. drinking water as much as you can ( warm )
2. healthy diet , prepared at home and having regular meals time
3. a diet rich with fibers
4. vitmian C juice such as lemon or apple juice
5. there is some medication to decrease sotmach pain such as paracetamol and panadol , and avoid aspirin and ibuprofen
