Causes of children fever:
There are many different possible causes of fever as:- Respiratory tract infection
- Tonsilitis
- Gastroenteritis
- Sinusitis
- Otitis media...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of fever:
You have to visit a pediatric doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Stool analysis
- Urine analysis
- Chest x-ray ..etc
Treatment of fever:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis, you can use the following medications:- Ibuprofen syrup 5 cc three times daily
- Augmentin syrup 5 cc three times daily
