? Treatment of High fever and throat infection

You need to go to the nearest medical center for complete clinical and lab assessment . Treatment depends on the cause . 

1. Rest in bed with adequate nutrition
2. Drugs to lower fever such as Trufen 400 three times daily  or other drugs such as Diclophene
3. Water compressors to lower the temperature
4. Antibiotic such as Amoxicillin or Azithromycin in case of bacterial infection of your throat . Forexample Augmentin 1 gm twice daily for 10 days 
5. In severe bacterial infection : IV antibiotic is necessary

? What are the causes of throat infection

1. Viral infection of the throat
2. Cold
3. Influenza 
4. Bacterial infection
5. Tonsillitis

What are the tests needed for throat infection

1. Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for signs of infection in your throat
2. Complete blood count 
3. X-ray chest
