Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? I have developed red patches and have sensitivity like a wound under the skin while I scratch on those patches tender boon in elbow have pain up on pressing. Also there is lot of pain under my right heel especially when I get up from sitting position. Please advise what kind of health problem I have and which doctor to consult. Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking? I went to general physician, he further refered to rheumatologist for the heel pain he took X-ray but no sign of rheumatic, he asked blood test for insects bite for the red patches but it’s negative, Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know? No only I have is bp
