Sir I am a diabetic patient..I had lunch@4.0'clock and I checked my sugar after 1&.an hour my sugar level reads 156 .let me know is it more or not and I am taking medicine two times a day named pioglet 15 and gemer 1tabs.so please advise me

- Control level between 70 and 130 mg/dl before meals,
- and less than 180 two hours after starting a meal
- with a glycated hemoglobin (A1C) level less than 7 percent
Management of type 2 diabetes includes?
- Healthy eating
- Regular exercise
- diabetes medication or insulin therapy
- Blood sugar monitoring
