• take hyociene butylbromide three times per day
• take cefurixime 500 mg twice per day

how to diagnose the cause ?

you should visit the doctor to do the following :

1. taking a full medical histiry
2. doing clinical examination
3. doing CBC  blood test
4. doingAST , ALT , ALP , AMYLASE
5. doing ultrasound
