• Apply cold compressors for 15 minutes several times per day to relieve swelling and pain
• Take Over the counter analgesic such as Parcetamol for pain 
• You should go to the nearest medical center in the following situation

1. Severe Head pain 
2. Severe swelling
3. High fever
4. Nausea 
5. Vomiting
6. Loss of Consciousness
7. Bleeding and external wound

? What should you do at the moment 

You should follow the previous tips and treatment . IF your child's condition didn't improve or new symptoms appear; you need to do few tests in the nearest medical center such as Clinical assessment and Imaging studies
