What is the treatment of anemia?

1. visit doctor ( internal medicine ) to do the routine check and determine the cause and treatment pathways 
2. Normal and acceptable normal blood hemoglobin in pregnant women is 12 and above
3. diet change such as eating red meat, eggs, cheese & dairy  products and sea food 
4, blood suppliment such as folic acid, and iron or vitamin B12 or a medication that compine 2 or more of them 
5. blood transfusion is needed in case of Iacute anemia ahemoglobin is : less than 7
6. doctor may also prescribe some vitamin and blood non-medical suppliments depending on your case 

What causes anemia?

1. Deficiency of folate acid
2. Vitamin B-12 deficiency
3. Iron deficiency
4. diet lack of blood suppliment 
5. External or internal bleeding (accompanied by other symptoms)
6. Other diseases causes anemia as secondary symptoms
