good morning : i have asending aortic dilation of 5 cm and dr. advise me not to use concore 2.5 mg it was ok but todat my blood pressure 110-85 but heart rate 105-86. what should i do to decrease the heart rate

What are the methods for decreasing the heart rate?
1.Driking plenty of fluids slowly not rapidly
2.Eating healthy foods and avoiding nitrates and irritants (spices)
3.Excercise regularly like walking and swimming but not heavy workouts
4.Avoid alcohol and smoking
5.Reduce stress and anxiety even if with medications like deanxit
6.Valsalva maneuver
7.Occular and carotid massage
8.Betablockers like atenolol
9.Anti arrythmic drugs like lidocaine
What do we recommend ?
You should do all the non medical methods mentioned above because they have drastic effect on your heart rate and for the medical ones since you already take concord you should consult your physician before adding any other drug But we assure you that rapid heart rate is something controllable and you dont have to worry about it ... just keep up with the methods above .
