My wife is pregnancy now it’s running almost 23 weeks but baby fhr is 130 bpm it’s a baby boy or girl can you tell me please

They wii not tell me anything but from my side I have to know that why I ask you if possible tell me in a 23 weeks fhr is 130bpm 2 weeks ago it was 136 bpm

Regarding your question,
the normal heart rat of the fetus ranging between 120 -160
and the doctor can tell what is the gender of the baby only by ultrasound by observing the fetus genitals part
but not always doctors can tell , some times it is obsecured by fetus legs
