- in this period or stage , you dont need a constant medical care , you just will need the following :

1. do a blood suger test daily and keep tracking it for 10 days at least 
2. your blood suger cant be higher than 200 any time of the day 
3. you can visit a doctor ( internal medicine ) and explain your medical condition and provide your blood suger test tracking 
4. you may need a medication called glucophage , which will reduce your change to became a diabatic patient , ask you doctor first .
