1. Pinched nerve, or cervical radiculopathy.
2. Heart attack.
3. Angina.
4. Bursitis.
5. Fractured or broken bone.
6. Herniated disk.
7. Rotator cuff tear.
8. Sprains and strains.
9. Tendinitis.
10. Vascular thoracic outlet syndrome.
What tests you need to do?
1. ECG.
2. Chest X-ray, arm X-ray.
3. CBC.
4. CT or MRI.
