- if you are planning to have your first pregnancy , you have to do some prepartion , and you have to be on full understanding of pregnancy process and how to increase your pregnancy occurrence chance .
- not being able to get pregnant in first year of marrige doesnt for sure means you or your partner have health issue , it just could be a wrong timing issue , or your productive system isnt ready yet for pregnancy .
- i will mention some advices about how to increase your getting-pregnant chances , and you can try it for a while . and if it doesnt work or you suddenly meet some new health signs and symptoms , you have to go to doctor to do the medical tests and determine the medical issue and how to treat it .
advices to increase you chances of getting-pregnant :
1. you have to be fully aware and in total understanding of your monthly period and the time of ovaluation ( usually its the days 12-16th of the period days )
2. ovum will be avaliable to get fertilized about 48 hours into your uterus , while male semen could survive around 5 days into you productive system .
3. make sure of your self and your partner hygine , and treat any infection or current productive system health issues .
4. lying down after the sexual intercourse for around half an hour
5. avoiding stress and anxiety , because psychlogical status could have some effects on pregnancy
6. avoiding using lubricants during sexual intercourse because its slow down the male semen or cut it down from fertilize the ovum
7. having intercourse on regular range without trying to do it too much or doing it too less , once daily espically during the ovualtion period is enough to get your pregnant .
