My age is 43,last Dasember i had heart attack then I have to operat bypass sergery now six month has gone .I am taking medicines regularly and excercise also but I feel some burden on left side of chest it is not pain but some pressure.What is this actual?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Norvasc+ lowplat plus 75 and lipirex 10 mg

chest condition and symptoms have lots of causes but commonly they are not due to heart causes , but since the heart is the most dangerous organs , and you have significant history of heart disease we must rule it out first

What are the causes of chest burdens
- pain of the rib cage organs wither it is the muscles , bone of ribs or ligaments and this is the most common cause of chest pain
- inflammation of the lung or its covering
- post MI pericarditis or what known as dressler syndrome due to autoimmune cause
- it could be another anginal pain or heart cause
what is the treatment of chest burden
- pain killers and courset if needed with cold compressor
- antibiotics for pneumoia , might need admission to hospital for intra venous antibiotics
- NSAIDS analgesia and do thoracocentesis which is drain the fluid in the pericardial space
- protocol for acute coronary syndrome treatment
what are the associated symptoms with chest burden
- pain increased with respiration or movement or touching consistwith muscularor lung covering pain
- pain increased with stress and excersice consist with heart cause
- it might also associated with sweating
- nausea and vomiting
- fever
- cough and rhinorrhea in case of pneumonia

- stress test
- Chest Xray
- cardiac enzyme
