Women: 1.9-7.5 mg / dL
avoid drinking alcohol
Eat plenty of low-fat milk products
Eat lots of complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains
if uric acid increases above normal take allopurinol300mg 1x1
Take trofen 400 mg three times a day
In most cases, improvement is achieved after one month of adherence to the diet and take the above treatments
Kidney failure
Medications like diuretics
Thyroid gland disease
Other chronic diseases
