I am 35 years and had menupasue and on hrt treatment I want to get pregnant now

What's the difference between premature ovarian failure(POF) and early menopause?
1. The two terms are often used interchangeably, and both refer to conditions that happen to women younger than 40.
2. If you have POF, you still ovulate sporadically.
3. Women in early menopause have stopped ovulating completely.
Can you still get pregnant with POF?
1. Yes, it's possible, about 5-10% of women with POF are able to get pregnant without fertility treatment.
2. If it doesn't happen for you naturally, you might consider in vitro fertilization-IVF with donor eggs.
3. If you have POF as a result of chemo or radiation, you may go into what's called "spontaneous remission." That means your ovaries start to work again without intervention.
