what is the treatment of nose bleeding from one side :

1. if you are dry room or dry area , try to be in more humid area and try to do that gradually 
2. dont put your head to the back and keep it stright forward and leaning to forward to prevent blood to get into lungs 
3. hold you nose mid-line firmly but not so tight for around 3 mintues and keep trying so for around 15 minutes until it stops 
4. if it didnt stop for around 15 minutes or other symptoms appears , please go to the nearest emergency hospital 
5. as you are a hypertension patient , do a blood pressure home check and see if its higher than usual 
6. if you got a hit or injury on nose of face area , you have to emergency clinic even if the bleeding stopped 
7. some nasal spray`s could be helpful to stop bleeding if its not causes by high blood pressure such as Oxymetazoline (Afrin)

possible causes for your condition :

1. dry air 
2. high blood pressure 
3. injury 
4. using blood thinning medication such as aspirin
5. alcohol abuse
6. infection 

needed medical checks :

1. clinical check by specialist doctor 
2. blood test 
3. E.N.T doctor clinical check 
4. blood pressure reading
